    @cxhxaxzxe Check with your doc. Higher impact activities like this are not recommended for beginners and people who are very overweight, but you may be able to try the modified recommendations here.

    @Rachie252 I would recommend shoes for a reduced injury risk. They offer more support for your foot, ankle and knee joints. Exercise without shoes at your own risk!

    @sarahyeoh95 Jumping is high impact. Keep at least one foot on the ground at all times (like some of these modifications) for low impact.

    @MsSeverusSnapexoxo That helps you keep your abs engaged (belly button pulled to the spine) to aid in balance, posture and form while protecting your back as well.

    @mjjification This is cardio, which helps burn fat from all over the body, including the belly–but attention to diet is key as well.

    hi is it possible to do workout without losing weight on breasts and buttocks thighs. i stopped working out i was beginning to lose my breast thighs and bums and i dont want to. i only want to lose weight on my arms, back and stomach. is that possible at all do you think ??? many thanks

    I thought I was in pretty good shape because im not overweight until I tried this. Somewhere around the one leg hops my legs were burning and I kept tripping over the belt I was using so I had to ditch it. I felt like novice trying to keep up with her quick little feet.lol

    i use to excercise a lot until i got a job a couple of months ago – but now that summer is in and school is out, i’ve been trying to start again – and this is a perfect exercise to just do at home in the little spare time you have. i have been doing this 2 – 3 times a day, and it is making me feel great. i have more energy, i’ve been losing weight, and i sleep a whole lot better at night. this workout is def. worth the try.

    If I did this 10 minute workout a day would I lose weight? Or do you have to do something else after it? I’m sick and tired of using the exercise bicycle I have, the normal exercise regime says 30 minutes a day in which on them bikes it seems like hours. The calorie meter looks like I’m only losing 40 calories in half an hour and I don’t seem to lose any weight whatsoever. So can this 10 minute work out be enough for each day or do you have to do more?

    THIS REALY WORKS! Before I started with this exercise I had 62.3kg (137.34lb), but when I repeated it two times my weight droped to 61.9kg (136.46lb), almost half of kg.

    So I’ve been doing this for about 2 to 3 weeks now and I have already soon amazing results :) . I have been eating a lot healthier which I know contributes to my weight loss, but these exercises really do help.

    @hello098890 Probably not but what they meant was with a gym membership you’re confined to their hours while you can do a ghetto workout whenever you have free time.

    Gym is not a place that means to build your body, unless you are active yourself. You dont have to be in the gym to build muscles, you can do pushups, pull ups and so on and you will have a ripped body. And second of all im afraid none of these dudes could afford being in a gym anyways, because being in gym needs money. :) )

    I used to work on the bars, on the streets all the time. The only problem is that you generally don’t get to workout your legs… you get big and ripped, but end up with two little leg-sticks.

    damn. this is a good idea. Where I used to live I used to run to the corner and back (maybe 3 or so miles total) and I’d do pull ups like that on a don’t walk sign. People look at you funny but who cares right?
