@sniperfire3063 Haha, thats because you and everyone else who is having a neck ache is not doing it completely wrong, just don’t try to watch yourself doing the crunches. Heres my advice people, relax your neck and stare at the ceiling, then when you do the crunches, focus ALL of your energy on your abs. That should solve the neck pain problems. Thumbs up so people can see this before they ask or say anything about neck pain. I also don’t mean to be rude at all! I’m helping you!!

@sniperfire3063 If you get a neck ache you’re using your using the momentum of your head to help you through the exercise, you’re not doing it properly that’s why.

I been doing stomach excersizes for awhile now, and I must say these suck… This video had no excersizes that you didn’t have a neck ache after wards.

@Poelstra13 ya i still have my double cheese burgers but i really am not saying to watch what you eat JUst as long as you are not consuming mcdonalds 24/7 than you will mantain size
@buddystevenson I dont really watch what I eat, i mean of course I dont have cookies but I still eat normal. I have my cheese burgers but I limit what I eat, works really good. Ive lost 15 lbs since july…I would have lost more if i had more will power
@YBE1111 what i would do is have no snack exept have a small snack but than burn it off what i would do is when you wake up eat a small bowl of cereal some milk than lunch have like some noodles with cut up vegetables in them and dinner if you were to eat chicken have 2 small peices with a side of fruit and vegetables. REMEMBER. if you eat any fatty foods burn them off or they will burn into you
