    @KingKrimson89 I believe it may be the penis enhancer machine, but you need to double check

    @RickMerchantttt i totally argee with you look what happen to shane carwin he destroy brock in the first round and was banking on finishing it in the first round didnt work went to the second round and had nothing left in the tank so your right its over better to train for all situations

  4. KingKrimson89 on 09/02/2010 at 12:35 am

    Does anyone know the name of the machine he’s using at 2:10?

  5. RickMerchantttt on 09/02/2010 at 1:02 am

    @Highway420Music Haha. I get what you’re saying. I think it’s every fighter’s absolute goal to finish each fight early, and decisively. But a good fighter knows they can’t always make that happen. The best fighters train both.

    @RickMerchantttt i hear ya, dude. you’re right. i didn’t mean to not prepare your conditioning. that’s very important, and i agree with you.

  8. RickMerchantttt on 09/02/2010 at 2:23 am

    @Highway420Music Hope for the best, and prepare for the worst. Sometimes your A plan doesn’t always work. And if you don’t train a back-up – in this case, possibly going 5 rounds – you’re completely fucked if that’s the case.

    @lucasboden

    hes 18%

    and jim carrey is 23% thats what shes talking about, its really obvious.

  10. DextrosJ on 09/02/2010 at 2:53 am

    @lucasboden

    bodyfat

  11. zoranvjestica on 09/02/2010 at 3:36 am

    18% is the average percentage of workout for the total time spent in the gym.example…. if you’re in the gym for 100mins only 18mins is the total amount of time spent doing a workout (average). watch how rich finishes on one station then runs to another station. no time wasted….. 100% workout.

  14. Highway420Music on 09/02/2010 at 4:53 am

    my philosophy is end it in the first round and quit worrying so much about going 5 rounds.

    @Butchbrock i watch the fights all the time. i don’t need a link, i can count. are you saying they don’t take an incredible amount of kicks, knees, and punches to the head in mma bouts? you’re not watching the ones i am.

  23. Butchbrock on 09/02/2010 at 9:42 am

    @thinkofsomethincleva I’d thought that it would be beneficial and interesting to also note that many MMA fighters have power lifting coaches.

  24. Butchbrock on 09/02/2010 at 10:26 am

    @thinkofsomethincleva Most people who have been formally trained in proper striking technique and conditioning would say so. Strength is only a portion of the equation to punching power. Sure, anyone can throw a punch just as anyone can perform an Olympic style lift. The important thing is though how much power can be generated during the punch or lift. Fighters depend on technique just as much as power lifters do in order to generate power. Power lifters simply don’t train to throw punches.

  25. thinkofsomethincleva on 09/02/2010 at 11:14 am

    @Butchbrock Who says powerlifters don’t hit harder than them? Just because powerlifters are professional lifters instead of professional fighters doesn’t mean they can’t hit harder..not saying they are better fighters by any means.
