    This is difficult for me! Especially the last 2 :-) But the burn feels good! How often should I do this? Every other day?

    will it make me “bulky” ? i thought about just doing cardio because i don’t really want to gain mustles /strength i just want to reduce body fat, and i’m afraid of getting bulky.
