CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com Here is the order for the 300 workout from Men’s Health Magazine. First you will start with 25 Pull-ups using your bodyweight and as few of sets as possible. Then you move directly into a Deadlift for 50 repetitions. After that, you’ll do 50 Push-ups. Once you’ve completed that exercise, then you’ll do 50 Box Jumps on a 24″ platform. Next, is 50 Floor Wipers. To perform this exercise, lie on your back while holding a barbell with arms extended. Next, bring your feet up to each side, making sure your feet touch down each time in the middle between sides. That counts as one repetition. After the Floor Wipers, you’ll do 25 repetitions of Kettlebell Clean Presses for each arm, making sure to touch the kettlebell to the floor in between each repetition. Then you finish with 25 more Pull-ups. And that’s the 300 workout, all 300 repetitions using 7 exercises.Visit Turbulence Training to get your FREE sample fat burning workout. This seems like an intense workout that morphs cardio into weight training. Look how tired the guy looks and he only did one rep on each exercise. I Would say that a normal week of weight training and cardio and then 2 days of rest. After the 2 days of rest, do this workout then take another day off. Then repeat starting with normal week of wieght training and cardio. I am not an expert but if this looks too intense to do it that often. You need rest.

  27. jonjack17 on 09/03/2010 at 7:15 am

    @Erniev60 I think once per lifetime should be good enough

  28. vashkim on 09/03/2010 at 8:01 am

    this is crazy…

  29. TeShrike on 09/03/2010 at 8:28 am

    I thought a 300 workout would be decapitating 50 Persians in slow motion

  30. kamilm122 on 09/03/2010 at 8:41 am

    @Erniev60 on 1 sec. per 2 secs :D :D:D *joke*

  31. Erniev60 on 09/03/2010 at 9:19 am

    how often should you do this per week ?

  32. tarikhusein on 09/03/2010 at 9:53 am

    @MrTheSwampthing they did this only one time and 50% of the crew failed at it. They dint used plain techniques to achive their goals, they used the old hard work and will to complete that.

    the exercise is..is…THIS IS MADNESS!…Madness? THIS IS S..oh youre right!

  42. sneaky34567 on 09/03/2010 at 2:14 pm

    This isnt the 300 workout for the movie, its just a workout with “300″ reps, therefore the 300 workout. I tried it, its really good though.

  43. 0bign0 on 09/03/2010 at 3:10 pm

    The funniest part is…this wasn’t a workout!! The actors and stuntmen training did it first as a “rite of passage” then periodically as a Test.

    People out there doing it like this is a secret spartan workout got it all wrong sorry…look past surface deep.

  44. rumpeldieter on 09/03/2010 at 4:08 pm

  47. darness1234 on 09/03/2010 at 5:42 pm

    @RSixBoy This works …plain an simple….

  48. 0210cyntia on 09/03/2010 at 6:16 pm

    I had the problems with weight but the thing that helped me was the diet plan recommended from my friend..you can find it on burnthatfatnow.info 6 month ago I have lost all my extra pounds and have no problem in maintaining weight any more…try it definitely, also many useful information there ;) ) kiss

  49. grnbbllntrck on 09/03/2010 at 6:32 pm

    so for the kettle bell thing you pretty much do 25 reps on each arm, right?

  50. xagel71 on 09/03/2010 at 6:57 pm

    this workout alone doesn’t give you as much strength gain as weightlifting would do, but it does help stimulate muscle growth, helps your muscle endurance and toning etc. I’ve tried it and it’s a great change from a regular weightlifting workout, bit challenging but worth it.
