5. to reduce your bottom you have to run dear to reduce and make it structure.
6. Then another exercise is just stand straight and stretch your legs for just few inches back and have some weight in both hands and just come down and move up.

I’m not a big fan of all the media hype diets. But a simple clensing diet works great for me.
