August 30, 2010 · Filed Under Diet Tips · 4 Comments

Question by Annie Wentzel: What are some healthy “weight loss” lifestyle choices?
My mom and i made a new deal to see who could lose the most weight in the month of june, the most being about 15. What are some great ways to lose some weight, and what are just small lifestyle changes to make so losing weight is a bit easier. Fast ways (but not diet supplement pills or anything) would be great, what are fast ways to lose weight? Thank you so much, i really need this help! :)

Losing Weight Scenario

I’m 18 and i’m a freshman at a University living on campus. I’m 5 foot 3 and a half, I’m looking to lose weight because i gained 10lbs from college. Also I’m satisfied because I have a flat tummy but my problem is I have a flat tummy but a giant bottom area. I love my torso but i always feel im a little too fat or overweight in my bottom area and out of proportion. I want to lose a little of the flabbyness in my *** and make it a little more muscular as well as lose some inches on my thighs, I’m a size 10/11 in pants and I want to go down to a size 7/8 if its possible, I used to be a 9 and now its a little too tight. I also want to lose some of my calves because i could never wear boots that zipper up to my knees cause my calves were so big that they wont zipper up all the way. I have limited time to work out and I try to eat healthy such as I gave up soda and fried foods at the cafe at school. With limited things because I live on a college campus can anyone help me by giving me tips and suggestions on what to eat and what to do as for exercize to make me what I want to be? I’m not saying I’m fat I’m just saying I want to be more fit , in shape, and not feel like a fat *** all the time. Thanks

Well to maintain a healthy body weight, eat a lot of veggies, whole grains to help your digestion, if you don’t like your bottom area, there are many pilate moves to tighten up the bum, google butt workouts or pilates for you bottom or anything similar and you’ll find it.

But learn to love your body, some women have different shapes, small bellies and bigger hips, doesn’t mean you are not slim
and trust me a size 10 in pants is nothing to be ashamed of, marilyn manroe was a size 11, she looked pretty damn good.

Hey, It is not a matter you can reduce your weight and make you more structure just by following below tips .

      1. Daily try to have a good sleep from 10.00pm to morning 6 am.
      2. When you wake up have a 200 ml of water with empty stomach.
      3. Then just jump in your room for nearly 15 minutes with some breaks which will make your toes and thigh to structured.
      4. I hope you sleep on your bed in reverse way like your bottom is upward position so it may also have some effect or increasing. So sleep in reverse way.
      5. to reduce your bottom you have to run dear to reduce and make it structure.
      6. Then another exercise is just stand straight and stretch your legs for just few inches back and have some weight in both hands and just come down and move up.
      7. Morning you try to have some good health food , afternoon lesser that morning and night avoid heavy food like egg, meat etc. have milk and fruits.

“Click This!”: 8 Ways to Reduce Belly Fat

    Thursday January 15, 2009

Belly fat is the bane of my weight-loss efforts. It’s so easy to get yet so tough to get rid of. Ask anyone — who wouldn’t love to see some of their spare tire deflate?!

Of course… Wanting to banish that belly isn’t just about gearing up for swimsuit season or fitting in to must-have jeans. Belly fat is actually the most dangerous type of fat to have. Abdominal fat can increase your chances of developing some really serious health problems, including heart disease.

That’s why exercise Guide Paige’s tips on 8 Ways to Reduce Belly Fat are so important. I am going to try to tackle a different “way” each week in the coming two months.

What do you think is the best way to reduce belly fat? Post your comments!

You can check it out yourself -www.ModelHerbs.com – it is a really great company for people looking for an all natural solution to weight loss.

    (3) Jeff says:

Good tips for newbies, but anyone who has been trying to lose weight for a while now should know and practice these. It’s sometimes hard to execute, but I’ve found once I get going on diet and exercise that it becomes easy and second nature; I feel much better if I’ve exercised no matter how hard it is. Also, if you exercise more, there’s less time to be sitting on your butt eating. Cardio also reduces my appetite: I can be hungry when I go to run, then not want to eat for an hour or two afterward.
